About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm, welcoming space where customers can connect and experience quality coffee. The role involves running a coffeehouse, leading with craft and care, and helping create meaningful moments for the community. Starbucks provides developmental experiences to support the manager’s growth.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where applying.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
