About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team to create a warm, welcoming space and meaningful moments of connection for the community. The role involves running the coffeehouse, leading with craft and heart, and helping team members grow through coaching and mentoring. The position requires full-time work, regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full-time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
