About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a NAPA store. A person in this position drives daily leadership and growth that promotes and enables NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to lead teams to achieve goals.
  • Sound decision making skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
  • Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
  • Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.

  • Previous management experience preferred.
