About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team to create meaningful moments of connection and joy while running the business. The role is centered on creating a warm, welcoming coffeehouse where the community feels welcome, and leading with craft and heart. Starbucks offers developmental experiences to support the manager’s growth. This position requires full-time availability, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
