About The Position

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Goodwill is seeking talented individuals like you to join our organization as a Store Manager. As a Store Manger at Goodwill, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 30-40 dedicated individuals and contribute to our mission of supporting job training, education, and community programs. Your role will involve managing daily operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving donation production to generate funds for our programs.

Requirements

• High school or GED equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years related manager or supervisor experience
• Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus
• Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting
• Some travel required
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
