About The Position
As a coffeehouse leader, you run the business and lead a team that creates meaningful moments of connection and joy. You help make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming place for the community, leading with craft and heart. Starbucks supports your growth through developmental experiences and benefits. This role requires full-time availability, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week. Schedules may vary and include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- An entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- At least a high school diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
