About The Position

This role involves assisting the Store Manager with various management responsibilities. Key areas include training and developing employees, managing store operations, scheduling shifts, resolving customer concerns, ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with audits, overseeing merchandise stocking, ensuring efficient guest transactions, and monitoring store profitability through various procedures like end-of-day processes, shrink indicators, stock audits, vendor management, car wash operations, and retail waste management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities
• Scheduling employees for shifts
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste
