  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate the needs of customers and prioritize them in all actions.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster their growth.
  • Participate in community initiatives to build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain merchandising and operational standards, and be accountable for financial objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business strategy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and propose/implement unique ideas.
