A valid G driver's license with flexibility to travel to GTA West/Mississauga/London/Collingwood.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Anticipate the needs of customers and prioritize them in all actions.
Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster their growth.
Participate in community initiatives to build long-term relationships.
Maintain merchandising and operational standards, and be accountable for financial objectives.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business strategy.
Stay informed about industry trends and propose/implement unique ideas.
