About The Position

Town Pump is seeking a motivated and outgoing Store Maintenance team member. The role supports store operations through customer service, mechanical operation and repairs, housekeeping, security, and assistance to cashiers and managers. Duties include maintaining fuel pumps and related equipment, buildings, grounds, and store systems. The position involves outdoor work in cold and other weather conditions, safe use of tools, and use of protective clothing and personal protective equipment. Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Practice safe procedures when performing repairs and handling tools.
• Wear protective clothing and necessary personal protective equipment when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with the public.
• Operate, repair, grease, clean, and test fuel pumps and associated equipment, including refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems.
• Follow safe repair and tool-handling procedures and wear protective clothing and necessary personal protective equipment.
• Clean and paint buildings, sidewalks, and fuel islands.
• Maintain buildings and property, including landscaping and trash and snow removal.
• Maintain use or repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain lights, including replacing lamps and ballasts.
• Help keep the store running and come in as needed.
• Assist store cashiers, clerks, or managers as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and support store security.
