As a Store Support Analyst, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line—guiding our teams through technical hiccups and keeping things running smoothly. From troubleshooting issues to supporting system rollouts, you’ll play a key role in making sure our restaurants stay up, running, and ready to serve up legendary experiences.
Requirements
- Experience with POS systems (restaurant experience is a plus!)
- Familiarity with Microsoft OS and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1+ year of IT experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Experience with Aloha Manager / MenuLink systems
- ITIL certification
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming support calls and provide top-notch customer service
- Diagnose technical issues and walk users through solutions with clarity and confidence
- Log, track, and manage tickets using service desk software
- Support system rollouts and help implement updates across locations
- Assist with installing and setting up new IT equipment
- Juggle multiple issues at once while keeping everything organized and documented
