This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The team member will also complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Additionally, they will educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participate in stocking and planogram processes. The role also involves merchandise recovery, maintenance, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Team members are expected to interact positively and respectfully with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model. This position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
