Store Donation Attendant - Murfreesboro
About The Position
This role involves interacting with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting, providing outstanding service. The attendant will receive newly donated items, sort and ship recyclable items to support sustainability efforts, and unload trailers safely and efficiently. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wet weather. The dock team works collaboratively to manage donated items and ensure excellent service for customers, whether shipping items to a wholesale team or separating recyclable materials. This role combines a passion for customers and community service.

Responsibilities
- Interact with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting; provide outstanding service to all donors
- Receive newly donated items from our Donations team
- Help us be green and sustainable, sort and ship recyclable items
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in the heat, the cold and in wet weather conditions
- Unload trailers in a safe and efficient manner
