Store Donation Attendant - Alabaster
About The Position
The Store Donation Attendant is responsible for interacting with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting, providing outstanding service. This role involves receiving newly donated items, sorting and shipping recyclable items to support sustainability efforts, and unloading trailers safely and efficiently. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wet weather. The dock team works collaboratively to manage donated items and ensure excellent service for customers.
Requirements
- Provide outstanding service to all donors

- Committed to working safely and efficiently
- A team player and ready to work with a diverse group of co-workers
- Organized and can keep the work area neat and presentable
- At least 18 years old
Responsibilities
- Interact with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting; provide outstanding service to all donors
- Receive newly donated items from our Donations team
- Help us be green and sustainable, sort and ship recyclable items
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in the heat, the cold and in wet weather conditions
- Unload trailers in a safe and efficient manner
