NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Store Dispatcher to join their rapidly growing team of Auto Parts professionals. This role involves scheduling deliveries, dispatching delivery drivers on a timely basis, and ensuring that the correct parts are delivered to customers with precision, speed, and courtesy. The dispatcher will also be responsible for mapping out efficient delivery routes, tracking and analyzing the quality of delivery service using a Delivery Management System, and overcoming roadblock problems for customers by charting effective solutions. Additional duties include handling cash returned by drivers, maintaining accurate records, inspecting returned parts and cores for return to the Distribution Center or manufacturer, and maintaining the fleet to ensure vehicles are in safe and proper working order, flagging any problems that detract from quality delivery service.
