About The Position
This role involves managing client pick-up requests, planning and scheduling these pick-ups, and ensuring effective communication with field operations. The dispatcher will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, assigning pick-ups to the appropriate internal or external resources to guarantee timely delivery to the lab.
