The Store Director role is a dynamic leadership position focused on driving business performance through exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, strategic thinking, and people leadership. The Store Director acts as the business owner of their location, identifying opportunities, influencing market strategy, and making decisions to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term success. Reporting to the Multi Site Leader, this role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, delivering strong financial results, and cultivating a high-performing, engaged team culture. The ideal candidate leads with an entrepreneurial mindset, balancing business strategy with people leadership to create a customer-centric environment, champions Mejuri’s values, and fosters an inclusive culture. As the brand ambassador, the Store Director is accountable for delivering elevated customer experiences and overseeing all aspects of store performance, including sales, operations, merchandising, talent, and profitability. They are energized by developing people, celebrating successes, and identifying opportunities to elevate team performance and business results, understanding how to translate brand vision into meaningful customer experiences and coach teams to deliver elevated, relationship-driven service.
