About The Position

As a Delivery Expert, you deliver pizzas to customers and provide positive, timely customer service. Enthusiastic communication, punctuality, a sense of urgency, and a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Dynamic image standards are essential. The role also involves taking and processing orders, coordinating with coworkers, handling inventory and supplies, and completing related paperwork. Work is performed largely standing and includes navigating delivery locations and terrain, carrying products, and completing physical tasks in the store.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have at least 1 year of driving history.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse delivery terrain.
• Must be able to work alone and with others, work under stress, and meet strict quality-control standards.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
• Must be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing for most of the shift and lifting or stacking products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas to customers promptly and provide enthusiastic, professional customer communication.
• Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate delivery areas, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other sites while carrying products.
• Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously.
• Coordinate with coworkers and customers and meet quality-control standards.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas, and complete associated paperwork.
• Unload bulk product deliveries and lift or stack ingredients and supplies.
• Perform repetitive tasks and make timely, sound ethical judgments and decisions.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Dynamic image standards.
