About The Position

The Store Delivery Driver, also called a Delivery Expert, delivers pizzas to customers and supports store operations. The role requires enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, a sense of urgency, and a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. Drivers may work independently and with others, and must meet quality and customer-service standards.

The position also involves receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, stocking ingredients and supplies, completing related paperwork, and using store equipment and technology. The work is primarily performed standing and includes walking, carrying products, and lifting or stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Drivers may need to navigate varied delivery locations and terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and stairs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have at least one year of driving history.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and meet company-specific standards.
• Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, and make timely, sound ethical judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to lift and/or stack ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift and occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Communicate with customers enthusiastically and help ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
• Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse terrain and delivery sites.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies in designated storage and work areas, and complete associated paperwork.
• Coordinate with coworkers and customers and meet quality-control standards.
• Make accurate monetary change.
• Unload bulk product deliveries as needed.
