About The Position

As a Delivery Expert, you deliver pizzas to customers promptly and professionally. Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency are essential. You must maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Dynamic image standards. The role also involves taking and processing telephone orders, supporting inventory and stocking tasks, and completing associated paperwork.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have at least one year of driving history.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a motor vehicle record check and meet company-specific standards.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to work under stress, perform repetitive tasks, and make sound ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically and professionally with customers.
Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas, including coolers.
Complete paperwork associated with inventory and stocking.
Coordinate with coworkers and customers, work independently or with others, and meet quality standards.
Unload bulk product deliveries, which arrive two to three times per week.
