About The Position

As a Delivery Expert, you deliver pizzas to customers promptly and provide enthusiastic, professional customer communication. The role requires a positive personality, punctuality, a sense of urgency, and maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. Responsibilities also include receiving and processing telephone orders, supporting store operations and inventory, and coordinating with coworkers and customers. The position involves working on your feet for most of the shift and may require lifting and stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have at least one year of driving history.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and meet company-specific standards.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, and coordinate with coworkers and customers.
Must be able to analyze and compile data and make sound ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
Must be willing to take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies, and complete associated paperwork.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift and perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, and stacking items weighing up to 50 pounds; occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or stair use may be required.
Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers within the designated delivery area, navigating to addresses and delivery sites.
Communicate with customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Direct activities and perform repetitive tasks, both independently and with others, while meeting quality standards and working under stress.
Coordinate with coworkers and customers and make timely, sound ethical judgments and decisions.
Take inventory; stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and coolers; and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change.
Unload, lift, and stack product ingredients and supplies as needed.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle as needed.
