Under the direction of the General Manager, this role involves placing processed donations in the proper area on the sales floor, sorting, boxing, and labeling hangers by type. Key responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, and greeting and assisting donors and customers. The position requires adherence to organizational core principles, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to react calmly in emergency situations. A high school education or equivalent is preferred, along with previous retail experience. Basic computer skills, including internet navigation, are also necessary.
