We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Store Clerk. This role has a mandatory Saturday shift every week and is responsible for stocking/inventory control, sales in person/phone/online, handling customer service issues, balancing and reconciling transactions in the store, helping with the growth of sales for the store, and increasing efficiency and workflow.

Understanding or ability to learn the Shopify POS.
Understanding or ability to learn Oracle.
Certified or willing to be certified in operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

Operate a POS (Point of Sales) cash register system with accuracy in cash, bankcard, and invoice transactions.
Reconcile cash register at the beginning and end of shift.
Maintain knowledge and accuracy in all financial transactions, inventory transactions, polices, and procedures.
Arrange shipping of phone or web orders via Fedex or USPS.
Pack and ship orders, and ensure they are delivered on time.
Work with customers to sell and ship discontinued, defective and overstock merchandise.
Build a relationship with frequent buyers.
Merchandise and stock store shelves.
Handle customer service problems, both in person and on the phone.
Assist marketing team on special projects as needed.
Conduct an annual inventory reconciliation.
Other duties as assigned.
