About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part Time Store Cleaning Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles customer transactions, promotes credit and loyalty programs, maintains merchandising standards, processes merchandise, and participates in store recovery and maintenance. The associate will also provide and accept recognition, adhere to labor laws and policies, support shrink reduction goals, and participate in safety awareness. Other duties may be assigned.
