About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This role also involves being cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs, embodying a positive store culture, and maintaining all floor care cleanliness standards. The associate will also maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store, including the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms. Adherence to company policies concerning Health and Safety, including refilling essential items, is required. The role supports Front End coverage needs, adheres to merchandising philosophy and signage standards, and participates in store recovery as needed. Additionally, the associate will adhere to operational and loss prevention controls, communicate effectively, and follow all labor laws and policies regarding breaks and meals. Safety awareness and participation in maintaining a safe environment are crucial. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements
