About The Position

The Store Cashier II is a key member of the store team, primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests. The role serves customers courteously, quickly, and efficiently while helping ensure they are ready to return to the road. Cashiers process customer transactions, maintain food and beverage areas, help receive and stock merchandise, and assist with training lower-level cashiers. They prioritize work according to store and management needs, follow safety guidelines, communicate with leaders and co-workers, and perform other assigned job-related duties.

Requirements

Computer/POS knowledge is required.
Cash handling skills are required.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of cashier experience is preferred.
Merchandising or stocking experience is preferred.
A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of the team.

Responsibilities

Serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
Process customer transactions on a point-of-sale (POS) register.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked food and beverage area.
Assist with receiving products and unloading them.
Stock and organize merchandise on planograms.
Assist with training lower-level cashiers on job duties and responsibilities.
Prioritize work according to store and management needs.
Know and follow safety guidelines, and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members or customers.
Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
