Requirements

• Love interacting with people!
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays to support peak business needs.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping and reaching
• Strong sensory skills such as good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity
• Ability to consistently lift 10-35 lbs.; Occasionally lift up to 55 lbs. with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Suggest products to fit each customer’s unique needs and drive store results through add-on selling and customer outreach.
• Create an exceptional in-store experience, engaging customers through product awareness and team selling.
• Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, support the team in maintaining visual standards, and ensure the store is always an organized and inviting environment for the customer.
• Be reliable, uphold Vera Bradley’s core values and adhere to company policies and procedures.
