About The Position

The Seasonal Store Associate at Vera Bradley is responsible for supporting and maintaining the integrity of the Vera Bradley “experience” through exceptional customer service, upholding store image standards, maximizing sales, and assisting in store operational needs. This role involves engaging guests, enhancing their experience through product awareness and team selling, treating all employees and guests with respect, and maintaining a positive work environment. The associate will drive store results through add-on selling and conversion, maintain Vera Bradley brand standards through visual merchandising excellence, and help to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for the customer, including the stock room. The position also requires the ability to accurately process transactions utilizing a POS system and comply with all established company policies and procedures.
