About The Position

HoneyBaked is hiring Store Associates! This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time, seasonal, or flexible employment. Our schedules accommodate students, teachers, retirees, and anyone needing to balance work with other commitments. We offer flexible work schedules and operate Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sundays off.

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred
• Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a plus
• Restaurant, retail, customer service, grocery, or hotel experience is valuable

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch, and in-store retail customers with excellent, friendly, and polite service.
• Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
• Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge and effectively articulate product features and benefits.
• Drive add-on sales through suggestion selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative, remain productive throughout the shift, and take responsibility for assigned activities.
• Consistently follow all processes and procedures, complying with company standards in service, food preparation, and control.
• Adhere to safety, security, and respectful workplace policies and procedures.
