About The Position

Store Associates support daily store operations and deliver fast, customer-focused service. This dynamic, team-based role involves moving between checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and promotional setups according to store needs. Associates work at a high pace, follow structured processes and efficiency standards, and help maintain store quality, safety, and readiness across shifts.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products weighing up to and in excess of 45 pounds.
Frequently reach above head height (10+ inches).

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Transition among checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce duties to meet store needs.
Meet productivity goals and follow operational processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas and uphold quality and presentation standards.
Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers, including signage and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness in the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
Operate the register quickly and accurately, including memorizing produce price lookup codes (PLUs).
Answer customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve or escalate customer issues professionally.
Follow inventory control measures to support inventory accuracy and reduce stock loss.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Work with the team to complete daily tasks on time and support smooth operations for the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
