We're hiring a Customer Service & Optical Sales Associate to support a busy optical center. You'll work directly with customers helping them through the eyewear purchasing process, answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Requirements

0-1+ years of customer service, retail, cashier, sales, hospitality, or banking experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

Retail sales or storefront experience.
Eyewear, optical, healthcare, or medical office experience.
Processing payments, orders, or insurance information.
Front desk or receptionist experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
Assist customers with eyewear orders and answer product-related questions.
Process sales transactions and payments accurately.
Verify insurance coverage and explain available benefits.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
Support daily store operations, including filing, scanning, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate order updates and communicate with customers regarding their purchases.
Work closely with the optical team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
