About The Position

The Storage Lot Attendant processes incoming and outgoing repossessed vehicles. This is outdoor work in extreme heat, extreme cold, and rainy conditions, with standing required most of the time. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Sunday and Monday off. The location is Balch Springs (I-20 & 175). The listed pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Highly motivated and proactive.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime on short notice and adjust to varying schedules.

• Ability to communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization and inventory of recovered vehicles.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of personal property collected from recovered vehicles.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of lot inventory.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lot.
• Assist with transferring vehicles to the appropriate storage or redemption lot.
• Follow detailed instructions and company procedures accurately.
