About The Position

The Stop Loss Renewal Coordinator (SLRC) is responsible for managing and facilitating the proactive renewal process for the Stop Loss book of business. The SLRC will collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure a streamlined end-to-end implementation of client renewals. This includes working closely with the sales team to identify the appropriate broker contacts, conducting outreach to collect necessary renewal data, tracking the status of renewals, following up on any missing information, processing renewals within our internal systems, and providing final documentation to the relevant parties. This position does not require travel.

Requirements

  • Experience in the employee benefits /insurance industry experience preferred
  • Fast and proficient typing abilities
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, and prioritize in order of importance while also managing to hard deadlines
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Initiate the renewal process within the system for the entire book of business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to confirm accurate broker contacts.
  • Request and review census and disclosure data to verify completeness.
  • Coordinate with internal partners throughout the renewal process to maintain progress.
  • Process renewals within internal systems.
  • Deliver final documentation to broker partners to complete the renewal process.
  • Thoroughly track the renewal portfolio to ensure all renewals are finalized.
