The Stop Loss Renewal Coordinator (SLRC) is responsible for managing and facilitating the proactive renewal process for the Stop Loss book of business. The SLRC will collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure a streamlined end-to-end implementation of client renewals. This includes working closely with the sales team to identify the appropriate broker contacts, conducting outreach to collect necessary renewal data, tracking the status of renewals, following up on any missing information, processing renewals within our internal systems, and providing final documentation to the relevant parties. This position does not require travel.
