About The Position

The Stone Fabricator is responsible for properly fabricating and installing various stone and solid countertops. The role includes handling materials and hardware, following job specifications, installing stone surfaces and bath accessories, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The employee may also perform additional duties assigned by management in support of company initiatives.

This is a full-time position requiring overtime as business needs dictate. Physical demands include regularly speaking or hearing and frequently sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, climbing stairs, handling and feeling objects, and reaching with the hands and arms. The role requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and work within specified timeframes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Current forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install stone and solid countertops.
• Load and log materials onto the truck and document returned materials.
• Read templates according to job specifications.
• Drill and install hardware accurately according to job specifications.
• Attach all necessary hardware correctly according to job specifications.
• Install bath accessories and stone surfaces according to job specifications.
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management in support of initiatives.
