About The Position

As an experienced Stockroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for shipping, kitting, ordering, receiving, and distribution of materials, serving as a key link between suppliers, production teams, and management to ensure timely and accurate material flow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
  • Willingness to learn and support cross-functional responsibilities
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming customer and vendor shipments, resolve discrepancies, and report any issues or damage promptly. This includes signing for deliveries, scanning packing slip documentation, and logging materials into the inventory system.
  • Resolve any issues related to material shortages for incoming receipt.
  • Liaise with logistics to coordinate transportation and delivery for shipments. Accurately prepare items for shipment according to specific instructions. This involves packaging, labeling, and creating shipment documentation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with logistics to address any shipping issues that arise, such as misrouted packages or discrepancies in shipment content, and work to resolve them efficiently.
  • Manage daily vendor RMA process and shipments.
  • Monitor inventory levels of lab supplies and packing materials, and reorder as needed.
  • Coordinate with production teams to identify material needs.
  • Assist with regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures.
  • Assist with daily job kits, as requested.
  • Respond to production and engineering requests for lab supplies.
  • Respond to QC emails and execute requests.
  • Keep shipping and receiving areas organized and safe.
  • Other duties as assigned.
