The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Stockroom Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Performs procurement and stockroom activities for a manufacturing facility Executes stockroom purchases and analysis using SAP and other internal programs Provides leadership and training to stockroom attendants, coordinators, craft people and contract employees on stockroom procedures, inventory maintenance, sourcing policies, and the use of applicable systems. Evaluates supplier performance relating to delivery, pricing, and quality Identifies suppliers who comply with corporate procurement systems Evaluates new processes in inventory management, determines applicability, makes recommendations to management, and implements approved changes Develops and executes internal stockroom programs and policies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Two (2) years procurement or stockroom experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, business, or procurement principles and purchasing from an accredited institution
  • Procurement certification
  • Three (3) or more years procurement or stockroom experience
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with Charm software
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Performs procurement and stockroom activities for a manufacturing facility
