About The Position

Emerson has an exciting opportunity for an experienced stock room clerk in Orange, VA. This role involves working closely with warehouse, production, and planning teams to meet shipping/receiving deadlines. Responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders, and safely and efficiently loading and unloading trucks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience
• Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Organize inventory and maintain clean warehouse areas
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training/certification provided if needed)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
