About The Position

This position is responsible for leading and developing teams, driving financial performance and sales, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves coaching associates, managing store operations, overseeing merchandise presentation, and mitigating shrink. It also includes supervising and developing hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring, while fostering a culture of belonging and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
  • Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements and managing budgets.
  • Monitors and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
  • Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.
  • Delivers results while putting the customer first, considering and adapting to how, where, and when customers shop.
  • Makes decisions based on data, insights, and analysis, balancing short and long-term priorities.
