About The Position

This role leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. It involves touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. The position introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicating business objectives to teams effectively. It also models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, manages customer service initiatives, ensures customer needs are met, and provides process improvement leadership. The role drives financial performance and sales by reviewing Profit Loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses. It monitors merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes, developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. Additionally, it provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. The position ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and upholds the Open Door Policy. Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
