The Stocking Coach drives financial performance and sales by reviewing Profit & Loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses. They ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes, while developing and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. This role provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. It also involves recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. The Stocking Coach coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, identifying and communicating goals, building accountability, and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities. They ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
