About The Position

The Stocking Clerk is an entry-level team member responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes retail tasks related to stocking products, customer service, and merchandising. Stocking Clerks help keep the store running smoothly by ensuring shelves are stocked and the store is ready for customers. The position includes overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
