About The Position

The Stocking Clerk is an entry-level team member responsible for stocking shelves with food and grocery products and helping prepare the store for the day ahead. The role involves moving products from pallets or carts to shelf locations, handling backstock and waste, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The Stocking Clerk works with leadership and teammates to complete assigned areas on time and provides friendly, respectful customer interactions when needed. The position includes overnight shifts and may involve other tasks to support store operations.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
