About The Position

The Stocking Clerk is an entry-level team member responsible for stocking food and grocery products and helping keep the store ready for customers. The role includes moving products from pallets or carts to shelf locations, handling backstock and waste, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The clerk works with leadership and other team members to complete assigned areas on time, provides friendly customer interactions when needed, and supports other operational tasks as needed. This position works overnight shifts.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
