About The Position

Nidec is seeking a Stocking Clerk for the Second Shift. This role involves receiving, storing, and issuing equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, or tools, and maintaining stock records. Requirements

• Vocational or high school graduate or equivalent.
• Six thousand (6,000) hours experience required to perform work proficiently.
• Must be a sole US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and issues equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, or tools and compiles stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.
• Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.
• Marks identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles.
• Operates gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, tier, load, or unload materials in and around plant, warehouse, stockyard, etc.
• Properly loads and operates the stress relieving oven.
• Performs daily/weekly TPM tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Takes inventory of materials and supplies workers with materials as needed.
• Performs MRP transaction performance (i.e., issues, receipts).
• Performs other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below.
