About The Position

The Merchandiser provides merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores within an assigned territory, including Port Charlotte and surrounding areas. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes. They use their personal vehicle to travel between stores; products are delivered to the stores in advance and do not need to be transported by the Merchandiser. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

This part-time role is scheduled for 25–30 hours per week, Friday through Sunday, starting at 12:00 PM and continuing until work is finished. Overtime may be required as needed. The position involves frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of product cases. Starting pay is $18.58 per hour, increasing to $19.58 per hour in the quarter after the employee’s six-month anniversary.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
• Self-motivation and a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and interact with people at work.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.

Responsibilities
