About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores across the assigned territory in Fort Myers and the surrounding area. The role involves stocking and displaying products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes as assigned. They use their personal vehicle to travel between stores but do not transport products, which are delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with a programmed app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a part-time role scheduled for 25–30 hours per week, beginning at 6:00 AM and continuing until work is finished. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday as needed. Overtime may be required. The position calls for an independent, self-motivated, customer-service-oriented person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and spending most of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases. Starting pay is $18.58 per hour. The rate increases to $19.58 per hour in the quarter after the employee's six-month anniversary. Benefits are subject to eligibility and applicable collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
Valid driver's license.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory.
Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts.
Cover routes as assigned when required.
Travel between stores in the territory using a personal vehicle.
Use the company-issued phone app to clock in and out and track mileage for reimbursement.
