About The Position

Keep our communities fed. Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors and communities. The job of the Stocker, Incentive - Mods is to ensure that all cases are placed in the assigned pick slots and scanned into the Warehouse Management System to be selected for our customers. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work with minimal oversight, meeting a minimum expectation of stocked cases per hour. This individual will ensure that the cases are open and the pick slots are clean and free from damage and debris.

Requirements

High School Diploma - General Studies
Ability to read, write, and speak proficiently
Ability to understand and follow instructions
1-2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Lifting 25lb or more
Cutting open cases and placing products in assigned pick slots.
Ensure that all pick slots are stocked and damage free
Use a scanner to ensure products are stocked correctly to avoid errors or loss of inventory
Walking up and downstairs to move cases from belts to carts
Must finish clearing all cases from the lanes
Required to meet performance expectations
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks related to stocker function
Compliance with all company policies and procedures
Willingness to assist in other departments based on business needs
