About The Position

As a Stocker, you are the engine that keeps our store running and our shelves full. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual to manage the flow of product from our shipping docks to our customers' hands. Whether you are building eye-catching displays or ensuring our inventory is accurate, your work directly impacts the shopping experience of every neighbor who walks through our doors.

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and remain active throughout your shift in a fast-paced environment.
• A sharp eye for verifying invoices and identifying products that need to be culled or reordered.
• Individuals who work well within a dynamic team and are committed to maintaining a professional store environment.
• Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high pace of productivity by stocking at least thirty (30) cases per hour.
• Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise shipments against invoices to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Help drive sales by designing and setting up promotional signs and attractive merchandise displays on shelves and end-caps.
• Monitor stock levels to identify items for replenishment. You'll be responsible for removing damaged or out-of-date products and requisitioning new merchandise based on demand.
• Act as a helpful guide on the sales floor, answering questions and advising customers on their merchandise selections.
• Keep the backroom, display cases, and aisles organized, clean, and safe for both team members and guests.
