This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The position also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the Stocker participates in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performs merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supports shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is required, along with interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
