About The Position

The Stocker Retail Ops provides excellent customer service for both internal and external guests. He or she ensures merchandise is transferred from the receiving dock to the sales floor. The Retail Stock Associate receives, unpacks, and delivers merchandise. He or she ensures that the back stock is put away in the stockrooms. All retail Team Members should be outgoing, upbeat, energetic, and dependable.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• 1 year Retail Stock experience required.
• The ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of basic math.

Nice To Haves

• Previous stockroom or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to drive, or learn to drive, electric cart and use of forklift.

Responsibilities

• Ensures merchandise is transferred from the receiving dock to the sales floor.
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers merchandise.
• Ensures that the back stock is put away in the stockrooms.
• Maintain stock volume, neatness and cleanliness and controlling inventory.
• Handle intoxicated guests in a professional manner.
• Tolerate secondary tobacco smoke.
