The Job Summary for this role involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. It also includes maintaining the neat and clean environment of the club by removing all trash and debris from the store. Team Members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies and procedures, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work as a team, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. For Members, the expectation is to deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate concerns, and ensure a safe and positive environment. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate - GAA, Fast, Friendly) and GOLD Club Standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked and promotional plans executed, maintain visible accurate signage, clean and organized, inside and out) is required. Team members should also understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for their department and see the connection between consistent execution and its positive impact on the business.
